Mr. T.C.C.J. (Tristan) Schonis attended both Leiden and Amsterdam University in the Netherlands and started his career in real estate at the international law firm CMS in Utrecht and Amsterdam in 2009. Tristan specializes in real estate transactions: sale and purchase of real estate, (turnkey) construction, sale and lease back, lease law, structuring and securities as well as rights in rem and owners associations. Tristan helps close real estate deals faster and more efficient. He is focused on the interests of his client and aims to mitigate or explain legal risks. Investors, constructors, real estate developers, both lessees and lessors as well as real estate agents seek his advise regarding retail, logistics, office, residential and public real estate. Tristan also litigates on matters regarding real estate frequently. He is an author on lease law for the Journal for Litigators “Tijdschrift voor de Procespraktijk.
